Akis Tsirigakis and George Syllantavos have raised net proceeds of more than $66.8m in a New York initial public offering and simultaneous private placement for their third blank-cheque company.
Stellar Acquisition III sold 6.5 million units at $10 apiece, with the shares trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under ticker symbol STLR. Each unit comes with one Stellar share and one warrant to buy another share at $11.50.
