One of two anchor tenants in a redevelopment of the former Roosevelt Roads Naval Station on the US-controlled island, the upstart company boasts an environmentally friendly approach that it says will eliminate the introduction of pollution into the air and water.
The company claims that in addition to being greener than conventional shipbreaking, it will be safer for workers.
Plus, it will meet all US rules and the EU Ship Recycling Regulation.
