Bangkok-based Wonsild (Thailand) will be headed by Chris Harrison as managing director and senior partner. He is moving from Wonsild Dry’s Singapore office.
Harrison, who arrived at Wonsild from Fearnleys (Thailand) in 2013, will be joined by other former staff of the Bangkok-based subsidiary of Fearnleys — chartering staff Gosit Anggarp and Reungsak Sakda-arporn, plus operations manager Captain Nattaphon.
Gosit and Reungsak are coal-trade brokers, primarily into Thailand, and the move aims to expand Wonsild’s position as a major broker in the Southeast Asian coal market.
