ING has had a CSC Phoenix-controlled bulker arrested in Singapore over a bunker dispute, TradeWinds has learnt.
The 58,066-dwt Chang Hang Jin Hai (built 2012) was detained at 3am on Wednesday on the instructions of Singapore law firm Oon & Bazul LLP.
The Chinese shipowner is said to owe around $25,000 in outstanding bunker bills, according to court documents seen by TradeWinds.
