The International Bunker Industry Association (IBIA) has picked an industry veteran to head up its operation in Asia.
Former IBIA chairman Simon Neo has been named as the trade association’s new regional manager based in Singapore.
IBIA said he boasts more than 30 years of oil and shipping industry experience including holding senior management roles.
Neo started his career as a supervisor in an oil terminal and then worked as a senior surveyor for different surveying companies.
