Lawyers for OW Bunker North America, OW Bunker Holding North America and OW Bunker USA have asked US Bankruptcy Judge Julie Manning to give her blessing to a deal with Texas physical supplier NuStar Energy Services.
The agreement helps pave the way for a vote scheduled to conclude on 1 December for a plan that will wind up the three entities, which were left to fend for themselves after their parent went into liquidation late last year.
