The Donso-based owner snapped up the 25,049-dwt Jurmo (built 2004) and the 25,000-dwt Purha (built 2003) for delivery in September.
Neste has now completed the divestment of its shipping operations after selling an aframax to French FSO company Perenco two weeks ago.
The two vessels have been operating in the northwest Europe market since they were built and will now be renamed Bonito and Baltico.
