The Singapore-based gas player has agreed to acquire a 10.2% stake in its US-listed competitor from Scorpio Tankers.
BW Group subsidiary BW Euroholdings is buying 6m shares from Scorpio for a purchase price of $15.34 per share or $92m in total.
Following the sale Scorpio said it will continue to own 3.4m shares of Dorian’s common stock, which is equivalent to a 5.8%
