Eriksen named DNV GL CEO

Remi Eriksen has been named as the new chief executive officer (CEO) of Oslo headquartered classification society DNV GL.

Eriksen, who was widely tipped for the post, is currently chief operating officer and will take over from Henrik O Madsen, who is due to retire in August this year.

Eriksen said he is proud to take over the position. “I am proud of DNV GL’s history and purpose,” he added. “And I am proud of its people, competence and expertise.”
