Judge Brent Gamble, of the Harris County District Court in Houston, granted a request by Su to abate the litigation and ordered the parties into arbitration, court records show.
The arbitration is expected to take place in New York.
The move by Su’s lawyers at Houston law firms Hoover Slovacek and Susman Godfrey came more than two-and-a-half years after Vantage filed claims alleging that Su came to his 33% stake in the company through fraud and breaches in fiduciary duty.
