More K Line executives are facing charges in the US as officials seek mounting criminal penalties in a sweeping global probe of the car carrier industry.
The development emerges after one K Line executive pleaded guilty to price fixing in the US and a Chilean prosecutor accused six car carrier operators of striking a deal to compete only for new customers, rigging bidding so existing customers found higher prices wherever they turned.
