NuStar Energy Services has continued a vessel arrest campaign aimed at collecting on fuel it supplied to owners through collapsed OW Bunker, with a Nigeria LNG-controlled ship the latest victim.
The physical supplier’s NuStar Terminals Marine Services affiliate, which is based on the Dutch-controlled Carribean island of St Eustatius, secured an order from the US federal court in Lake Charles, Louisiana, to seize the 133,000-cbm LNG Finima (built 1984), though vessels carrying Nigeria’s LNG exports no longer frequent US coasts.
