Shipowner John Fredriksen has strengthened his shipping team by hiring Marius Hermansen from Oslo broker Fearnleys for his sale-and-purchase (S&P) operations
Hermansen, 35, who comes from Bergen, has already concluded his first deal with the sale from Frontline to Sinokor of the 300,000-dwt tankers Front Commerce, Front Opalia and Front Commanche (all built 1999).
Hermansen will be employed formally by Frontline Management but will be involved in S&P activities of all Fredriksen’s companies.
