The deal is worth EUR 32m ($42m) en bloc for the company, having beaten rival Brodosplit.
Each of the ships will have a 616-passenger and 145-vehicle capacity.
Uljanik was preferred due to shorter delivery dates in 2014, as well as the weight of payments falling towards the end of the contract.
