Thetwo companies have established a new Perth-based joint venture companycalled KT Maritime Services Australia.
The duohopes to combine Kotug’s towage experience with Teekay’s expertise in theAustralian crewing and ship management markets to create a winning combination.
“Webelieve there are new opportunities for trusted and experienced companies toprovide superior towage services at existing and greenfield terminaldevelopments,” said Kotug chief executive Ard-Jan Kooren.
