Thelong standing battle over an extensive chartering fraud at the Latvian ShippingCo has reached a turning point with a London high court judge ruling he did nothave jurisdiction to try claims brought by Latvian Shipping against Lembergs.
Upto $135m of Lembergs assets have been frozen by the English courts as the disputeover 63 charters arranged between 2003 and 2005 have progressed through thecourts.
