Danish shipmanager Erria has reorganised its Vietnamese interests.
It said it has bought Saigon Shipping’s 49% share of logistics operation Erria Container Services to achieve full ownership. This cost it DKK 3.4m ($0.48m).
At the same time, Erria disposed of its 34.1% in Saigon Shipping to Bao Viet Fund for DKK 17m.
The slice was valued at DKK 27m, resulting in a book loss of DKK 10m.
