Troubled Singapore owner Swiber Holdings has been suspended from three contracts in India.
Its Swiber Offshore Construction (SOC) and Swiber Offshore (India) (SOI) units have been served notices by ONGC to stop work on the C-26 cluster pipeline,
Daman development and Project-4 pipeline replacement jobs.
Execution of the work has been affected by ongoing legal actions commenced by certain creditors in the Indian courts against ONGC, SOC and SOI.
