Norwegian tycoon Endre Rosjo is set to emerge alongside shipowners Henning Oldendorff and Arne Bylstad as a key investor in Maritime & Merchant Bank (M&M Bank).
Harvard graduate Rosjo has taken a significant position in M&M Bank ahead of an official launch, TradeWinds understands.
The investor is expected to step in as chairman of the bank, which was first announced in 2013 and includes former Torm boss Klaus Kjaerulff and ex-DVB banker Dagfinn Lunde among its team.
