Singapore-listed Mermaid Marine is to lose CEO Denis Welch, who is stepping down from his post.
Welsh, who was pushed off the top spot at Asia Offshore Drilling in August, is leaving “to purse another senior executive opportunity”, a statement said. He joined Mermaid in February.
