Vopak is holding fire on further LNG developments in Rotterdam until after the Gate terminal becomes fully operational in September.
A spokesman said that all plans are in the conceptual stage, including a proposal to build a smaller-scale terminal allied to Gate.
“Additional opportunities may arise. That is still to become clear,” he said.
“We are looking into them but they are at the very early stage.
