Australia Pacific LNG’s lead partners have yet to reach agreement on whether to launch with one or two trains as they target a mid-year final investment decision.
ConocoPhillips of the US said it is confident of being able to sell volumes from a second unit at APLNG to allow for the whole scheme to go ahead.
