India’s Swan Energy is closing in on a first supply deal and several off-take agreements for its planned floating LNG import terminal near Pipavav in Gujarat state.
The power provider said it is going through the legal process to finalise a term sheet and hopefully will sign initial contracts by September.
“As of now we are talking with one supplier but we are looking to talk to others,” said a source at the company.
