Construction has started on the first of two storage tanks at Poland’s maiden LNG terminal in Swinoujscie. A consortium of Saipem, Techint and Polish builder PBG is carrying out the work.
Treasury Minister Aleksander Grad attended a ceremony this week to mark the pouring of the concrete tank’s external ring. The walls of both tanks will be erected this year before the roofs are raised in 2012.
