Shell could be the latest company to enter the competition to build Canada’s first LNG export terminal.
A consortium of Asian partners including CNPC, Korea Gas and Mitsubishi is in early discussions with the supermajor about a feasibility study into an LNG plant on the west coast, the Calgary Herald reported.
