The government of Bangladesh has recommended US consultancy Poten & Partners to advise on Petrobangla’s planned floating LNG import project, which now has a delayed completion date of June 2013.
The state-owned energy company will submit a report soon on a final short-list of contractors that could supply a proposed floating storage and regasification unit.
The list has so far been narrowed from 10 to seven.
