Ukraine is soliciting further bids from international companies interested in preparing an LNG terminal feasibility study.
State vehicle National Project LNG-Terminal will continue to accept offers until 22 August, an extension on the originally scheduled closing date of 8 August.
The company, which is co-ordinating the project, said it had received 44 applications to participate in the tender as of mid-July.
Ukraine has expanded the list of possible sites for the terminal from three to five.
