Marathon Oil's LNG sales dropped in the first quarter as a result of maintenance at Equatorial Guinea LNG.
The US-based independent reported sales of nearly 6,290 tonnes per day, a 9.9% drop on the 6,980 tpd in the previous quarter.
The decrease contributed to a drop in Marathon's total integrated gas income, which amounted to $4 million during the period compared to $20 million in the fourth quarter of 2011.
