Spain’s Bahia de Bizkaia Gas has signed a construction contract for a third storage tank at its terminal in Bilbao.
The operator awarded the deal to a consortium made of compatriot companies Cobra, Sener and Balzola late last year.
BBG said this week, however, that it had to wait to firm up financing from the European Investment Bank before signing the contract.
