The single vessel that serves Libya’s only term LNG export contract with Spain’s Gas Natural Fenosa has remained idle off Gibraltar since 28 February.
The anchoring of the 35,500-cbm Annabella (built 1975) suggests a halt to LNG exports given the turmoil in the country.
