Indonesia is poised to begin negotiations with China over the price of LNG sold from its Tangguh facility in West Papua.
The government is seeking a higher price for the export of the fuel to help offset rising global oil prices, ministry of energy and mineral resources oil and gas director general Evita Legowo told Dow Jones newswires.
A new price has yet to be set as the government is still “discussing the formula”, Legowo added.
China
