Hoegh LNG is working to clear a final regulatory hurdle ahead of wrapping up commercial talks for its UK offshore import terminal project.
The newly listed shipowner and regasification player is aiming to “bring clarity” to the impact of rules on third-party access to capacity at the Port Meridian site.
A market source said the matter rests mainly in the hands of regulators at the moment.
