Puerto Rico’s EcoElectrica has received the thumbs up to begin initial site preparation for its expansion project at the Caribbean island’s lone regasification terminal.
The US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission this week gave its consent for the work at the Penuelas facility after deferring approval in May.
