US terminal operator Dominion Cove Point LNG must wait until September 2012 for an initial decision on proposed tariff changes for its Maryland facility.
Hearings will kick off next April, according to a schedule published by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. A technical conference was held earlier this month to discuss Dominion’s embattled tariff proposals aimed at pulling in enough cargoes to keep its under-utilised terminal running.
