Japanese engineering giant Chiyoda Corporation suffered a blow to its LNG order book in the 2010-2011 fiscal year, along with a reduction in LNG sector sales.
LNG sales contributed 36% of all engineering net sales for the period, standing at 89.3 billion yen ($1.1 billion). However, this marked a 67% decrease for the segment on the previous year’s figures of 105 billion yen.
