Bowleven and Vitol Exploration & Production signed a preliminary sales and purchase agreement with the developers of the Cameroon LNG project.
West Africa focused oil and gas exploration group Bowleven holds a 75% equity interest in the Etinde permit offshore Cameroon, which is expected to provide feedstock to the 3.5 million tonnes per annum LNG plant. Vitol Exploration & Production has the remaining 25%.
