Bids are due in next week for a shuttle LNG carrier that will be used to supply Pertamina’s upcoming floating import project.
The vessel will ship cargoes from Indonesia’s Bontang LNG plant to the state energy company’s 3.8 million tonnes per annum Nusantara Regas terminal.
Pertamina is said to be offering a charter-hire period of 11 years. There is no age restriction on the vessels that can be proposed.
