Belgium’s Fluxys LNG is expecting to request final bids for capacity at an expanded Zeebrugge import terminal some time during the first half of this year, writes Eric Martin.
The new timeline represents something of a delay in the ongoing binding phase of the terminal operator’s open season, which started in April after more than more than 10 potential customers put in non-binding offers.
