Tokyo Gas has kicked off construction of its Hitachi LNG import terminal at Ibaraki port in Japan.
The developer said Tuesday it started ground leveling at the site and plans to begin facility construction work for the LNG tank, liquefied petroleum gas tank and large jetty in the autumn, with a view to having the entire project online in the 2015 fiscal year.
