A unit of Dutch terminal player Vopak has signed a preliminary deal to become the strategic partner for an import project in Estonia.
Vopak LNG Holding inked a letter of intent with grid company Elering and the Port of Tallinn covering the launch of a feasibility study into the Muuga Harbour scheme.On the agenda are technical and economic aspects, construction costs and the need for European Union funding.
