Plans for Aruba’s maiden LNG import terminal are rapidly taking shape as developer Valero works to pin down a supply agreement for the Caribbean island nation.
The US refiner is in negotiations with seven supply candidates that made the shortlist from dozens of offers, a company source confirmed.
