Ukrainian state vehicle National Project LNG Terminal is negotiating with French regasification specialist Elengy about the possibility of working together to construct the country’s maiden LNG project.
Ukraine said it is in talks with the GDF Suez subsidiary and that the next stage will be to “hold extensive consultation on the routes of gas supply to the Ukrainian terminal”.
The head of Ukraine’s State Agency for Investment and National Projects, Vladyslav Kaskiv, has also met with France-based engineering outfit Bouygues Travaux Publics about infrastructure and with Alstom about using its technology.
