• Downeast LNG is coming to the end of an analysis of vapour dispersion for its proposed US import terminal. The developer said it expects to file results by end-May with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Downeast, one of the few LNG import proponents left in the US, is seeking a permit to construct a terminal on Passamaquoddy Bay in the state of Maine.
