- China National Offshore Oil Corporation has started building its second LNG import terminal in Guangdong province. Ground-levelling started last Friday for the $12.7 billion Diefu project in Shenzhen city, which is targeted to start up in 2015. The 4 million tonnes per annum terminal will have four 160,000 cubic-metre storage tanks. Construction and operation will be handled by CNOOC Shenzhen Natural Gas.
