India’s Swan Energy is hoping to get environmental clearance for its floating, storage and regasification unit in Gujarat state next month.
A public hearing will be held on 6 March, following which the company hopes to get the all clear to kick off construction of its terminal project.
Progress is being made, meanwhile, on turning a term sheet for 3 million tonnes per annum of LNG supply into a sales and purchase agreement, sources said.
