India’s Swan Energy has signed a term sheet with one LNG supplier and is closing in on a second for its planned floating, storage and regasification unit in Gujarat state.
The company said it has finalised terms for the supply of 3 million tonnes per annum with one party.
The sales and purchase agreement should be signed off before next March, said a Swan Energy source.
