Sri Lanka is closing in on awarding a consultancy contract for its maiden LNG import terminal, which is still full power ahead despite a recent gas find in the country.
Government-appointed Lakdhanavi, a subsidiary of engineering outfit LTL Holdings, is overseeing the project and aims to get board approval in early November to hand out a deal for feasibility study work.
