Sempra LNG has made some progress in its attempts to resolve a long-running land dispute at its Energia Costa Azul terminal in Mexico.
The operator said Ramon Sanchez Ritchie, whom it believed was behind a complaint that led to the nearby city of Ensenada’s attempt to close the LNG facility in February, has now been legally served notice and has responded in court.
