Gail (India) and Andhra Pradesh state are seeking an equity partner and capacity holder to join their planned floating LNG import terminal project on the country’s east coast.
The winning bidder could eventually form a special purpose vehicle with Andhra Pradesh Gas Distribution Corporation, a city gas distributor owned by Gail and the state government.
The stake on offer is expected to range between 15% and 26%.
