Construction crews are set to wrap up preparatory works this month for the Dunkirk LNG terminal project in France.
The port of Dunkirk has been building the road network and laying out the tank zone, said a project spokeswoman, after a final investment decision was taken in June.
The main contractors are expected to start their on-site programmes soon.
Engineering, procurement and construction players Techint and Sener, which are responsible for the unloading installations and regasification infrastructure, will begin fencing works this month and the erection of site facilities in January.
